Interior Renovation
Fairway Rd
Working remotely with the clients, our team completed an extensive 2,200-square-foot renovation. Preserving the home’s original architectural charm, we updated the space to accommodate a family of four. The project scope included a finished and insulated basement, four bathroom renovations, and multiple interior upgrades for modern living.
Exterior Renovation
Lundell Rd
This project involved a full exterior overhaul focused on improved efficiency and refreshed curb appeal. The scope of work included rebuilding both the front and back porches, replacing all windows and doors, and updating the exterior siding.
Interior Renovation
Vernon Ave
The main goal of this project was to thoughtfully update this nearly 100-year-old home to better suit our clients’ lifestyle while preserving its unique character and historical details.
The renovation included a complete kitchen and bathroom transformation, along with an electrical service upgrade. Working closely with our clients, we took a preservation-minded approach wherever possible, including salvaging the original hardwood flooring. Custom hardwood planks were crafted to seamlessly patch areas where needed, before the flooring was refinished to restore its original character.
The renovation also introduced several distinctive design features, including the removal of an unused brick chimney stack, the incorporation of flat-top archways, and a custom cantilevered breakfast bar. The result is a home that thoughtfully blends its historic charm with updated functionality and a more modern way of living.
